TWC consumer: part1

Executive Director of Alpha One, Denis Fitzgibbon, is on issues of consumer TWC (Part 1 of 2). Since 1978, Alpha One, a center for independent living, has enabled thousands of people with disabilities to participate more fully and more independently in all aspects of their lives.
