Use this warm-up strategies to give you confidence in your Public Speaking

The preparation is the key to overcoming fear of public speaking. It works for preparing your materials. There are exercises for the body and mind prepared. But the final stage of preparation is to create a pre-show routine - a warm-up, if you like. This is a set of behaviors that work best for you, then the presentation when you can be sure to begin. Read this article and choose what you plan to work for you. It can be trial and error, butEventually you will find those things you can do for your speech or presentation that you feel safe when you start.

The first concerns what I call "scouting the area." If possible, arrive early for the site and make it your own. Walk the Walk to make the podium and lectern.
