Yesterday I sat in the park and I saw people over. In this advanced world, people do not have time for each other. The cold in people's eyes and body language was very clear. It seemed contact with eyes and a smile is something that could provide an allergy. I said "hello" to people many times and had a blank stare in return or a look, as if they say "you're crazy?" but I always say to myself, "is not your fault" and not feel bad. I will neverstop saying "hello", "good evening", "hello", "thank you" "please" or a "good day" to people when I meet them. ie bus drivers, conductors, shopkeepers, postal workers, or the people I interact with. The day I stop doing this is the day I know that my spirit is dead. I was raised to show kindness and will never change.
In this society, there used to be that kindness and calls for "tomorrow", but not even thought of your arm to touch someonea bus and train gives you the chills. Why? Human beings are destined to have a contact with each other. Our goal is the care and concern for others, but everything is gone. Keep an animal in a cage without care and attention and love that turns on you. That's why so many dysfunctional people around? Because nobody cares, not even to say hello? You can also live in the same block with ten other people and I bet that people talk only over the age ofof 70 or children under the age of 10 years. Some adults wait until Christmas before contacting a parent or relative. What is the cost of picking up the phone and says "I love you" to a parent or relative or just wondering how are they?
Parents leave their children in school all day, nannies, baby-sitter and sometimes see them return home about six hours with their children. How much time would be spent with them all week? You make money more important than spendingquality time with your children? They did not ask to be born, we put them in the world and the least we can do is to them our love and attention. They are on loan to us for 18 years after they leave or become so responsible for their lives, while we have them, give them the care and love to the end.
If we reduce our demand for material and unnecessary expenses such as new clothes each time, new furniture, modern cars and the latest gadgets, expensive toys and gamesand spent more time with our children, we would see a difference and that would have appreciated. Rewarding a child with your time is worth more than another gift in their hands. Children who grew up in a brand-conscious tend to create an atmosphere unfortunate (though not admit it). I know that peer pressure is sometimes blamed, but I have seen children who do not care if they wear certain brands or have some games and things, for love, attention and careparents without a lot of emphasis is not on material things, even if they could afford, but spend time with them. Children from a home care tend to have fewer social problems and their confidence to pass their children.
If the seed sown along the road to ruin the fruit load is not sweet.
